Tribute: MF DOOM

Daniel Dumile, most famously known as MF DOOM, passed away on October 31st, 2020. However, this was not made public until December 31st. Details of his passing have yet to be released.

I first became aware of Dumile (birth name) back in the early 1990s as a member KMD. During this period he went by ZEV LOVE X. Over the years he used many different names for the many different characters he created. His imagination was vast and his rhyme style supreme.

The image used in this post is from his early days with KMD. I chose the photo to show an unmasked/human character side of the artist from his earlier days.
