“Destiny” appears as the very first track on Bob Marley and The Wailers - Destiny: Rare Ska Sides From Studio One, released in 1999 on Heartbeat Records.

The material on this terrific album was recorded between 1963-1966 in Kingston, Jamaica. During those years The Wailers were a vocal group (nobody played instruments - Studio One provided it’s session players for recordings) and members consisted of: Junior Braithwaite, Beverly Kelso, Bunny Livingston, Bob Marley, Peter McIntosh and Cherry Smith. They went by a few different names too: the Teenagers, the Wailing Rudeboys, the Wailing Wailers, which ultimately led to The Wailers.
